What we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers alongside KYC paperwork required by regulation. We also keep: transaction and trade logs, technical logs and helpdesk threads. EU/UK legal grounds: contract fulfilment, legal obligation, plus legitimate interest.
Use of data. Managing your account, settling positions, meeting regulation, fraud prevention, and securing systems, plus consent-based product messages carrying an instant opt-out.
