2. The Services. frontierticker operates an electronic trading platform for the assets described on this site. No part of this is investment advice; every trading choice stays with you. Shown quotes and data is informational only and may lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading carries material loss risk and is for those who can bear it. Margin products may take losses beyond the collateral posted. Trade only money which losing entirely you can absorb.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates sit on our Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Pricing may shift once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited conduct. Manipulation, abusing technical holes, rights breaches and unlawful use are banned outright. Money laundering and breaches are covered by the same prohibition.
6. Liability. To the fullest extent of law, frontierticker excludes indirect, incidental or consequential losses tied to the Services.
7. Changes. This agreement may be revised occasionally. Post-change use once changes apply means acceptance. The applicable law is the registering jurisdiction of the operating entity.
